म्हणतात ना, “प्रेम हे प्रेम असतं, तुमचं आमचं सारखंच असतं” वगैरे..
मी रोजसारखाच आपल्या ठराविक मित्राबरोबर चहा घ्यायला ऑफिस च्या कॅन्टीन मध्ये येतो.. आणि अचानक ‘ती’ दिसते.. अगदी पहिल्यांदाच तिला बघितल्यावर नकळत माझ्यावर पडलेली तिची ती नजर अंगावर शहारे आणणारी असते.. एरवी आपण ज्या मुलींना ‘eye tonic’ म्हणून बघतो, त्यातली ती नसतेच! इतक्या hi-tech कंपनी मध्ये तिचे ते बोलके डोळे आणि साधा पेहराव हे तिला इतर मुलींपासून वेगळं करतात.
आणि मग नेहमीच मला ती दिसायला लागते, कधी एकटा असताना ती जवळ असल्याचा भास होतो.. ती नेहमीच सोबत असावीशी वाटते.. मी मारलेल्या एखाद्या ‘पांचट’ अशा joke वरही हसाविशी वाटते.. आणि मग रात्री जेव्हा लवकर झोप येत नाही.. तेव्हा मी तिच्यावर माझी पहिली कविता लिहितो..

“Leave Out All the Rest” is a song by Linkin Park, the song was released as the fifth and final single from their third album Minutes to Midnight.
It was also featured on the original motion picture soundtrack for the 2008 film Twilight. It is played during the end credits. Also, the performance from “Road to Revolution” is available on the “Twilight” special edition DVD.
